Zwiebel, Lauch und M\u00f6hre vorbereiten.<\/span><i><b> <\/b><\/i><span style=\"font-size: large\">Zwiebel und Lauch in 1 TL \u00d6l 5 Minuten glasig d\u00fcnsten, Kurkuma, Currypulver und zum Schluss Quinoa zugeben und 2 Minuten mitbraten, dann mit Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, anschlie\u00dfend noch 5 Minuten quellen lassen (die Fl\u00fcssigkeit sollte jetzt aufgesogen sein), abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/span><i><b> <\/b><\/i><span style=\"font-size: large\">Geraspelte M\u00f6hre, Haferflocken, Cashewkerne gemahlen und gehackt und Eier zu der Quinoa-Masse geben und gut durchkneten, Petersilie untermischen und kr\u00e4ftig mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. 12-14 Bratlinge formen. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Bratlinge portionsweise circa 4-5 min. von jeder Seite braten.
